As a coffee enthusiast, the flow control on this gooseneck is fantastic. I can finally get that perfect spiral pour for my morning drip coffee without any splashing. The 800W heating is efficient enough for my routine, and the 7 temperature presets are a life saver since I also brew green tea which needs a lower temp than coffee.One of my favorite features has to be the 3-minute pot lifting memory. It’s so annoying when other kettles reset the moment you pick them up, but this one stays right on track. The 304 stainless steel build feels high-quality and gives me peace of mind knowing no plastic is touching my boiling water. It really has elevated my daily brewing experience significantly.
