If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us via email within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a full refund. IMPORTANT. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly within 30 days of delivery and provide the following information:

  • Clear photos of the item issue
  • Brief description of the problem

We will provide you with a satisfactory solution based on your situation, including a free replacement or a full refund. We will fully cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

Refunds
